Tarrant County College District Adjunct Instructor - Professional Development Trainer in Fort Worth, Texas
The primary function of this position is to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for employees to support the needs of the College. This includes developing programs for customer service, leadership, management, communication, and other competency based courses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and develop training based on subject matter needed to support business objectives
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
Deliver training through various modalities to meet the needs of the employees such as webinars, instructor-led or video based
Access employee training needs and measure the success of the training programs
Maintain class records in the learning management system (LMS)
Will be responsible for conducting training at different locations throughout the district
Complete all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College
Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations
Support the values of the College: diversity, teaching excellence, student success, innovation and creativity and service to the College.
Attends the workplace regularly

Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensures
Associates degree and two (2) years of work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and related experience
One (1) year of experience designing and facilitating multiple training programs

- Previous training experience using different modalities including web-based
