The Clinical Educator at Baylor Scott & White Health develops, facilitates, coordinates, provides and evaluates educational programs. Our Clinical Educator provides intradepartmental, interdepartmental and community clinical and non-clinical education while utilizing scientific inquiry to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes. Additionally, the Clinical Educator performs quality assurance and training to improve facility operations, develops and produces performance measurement reports analysis for use in gauging operational success of process improvements and designs measurements and tools to evaluate the achievement of learning goals and the efficacy of the curriculum content and teaching strategies.
The ideal Clinical Educator candidate is goal oriented and has the confidence to speak out regarding recommended process improvements.
